    Description

This deposit contains the analysis dataset used for the PASTI Project. This project is a pilot and feasibility randomised controlled trial that aimed to look at 1) the feasibility of implementing a 7-week parent-administered screen time intervention in toddlers aged 16 to 30 months old; and 2) the impact of screen removal on toddlers' sleep and attention. This project collected data at baseline (2 weeks prior to randomisation), during the intervention (7 weeks) and at follow up (weeks 6 and 7). Parent-reported pre-screen and demographic data was collected at the start of the study. Parent-reported questionnaire data on toddlers' sleep, behaviour and bedtime activities was collected at baseline, intervention and follow up. Sleep data was collected using objective actigraphy at baseline and follow up. Attention data was collected using experimental eye-tracking tasks in the Babylab at baseline and follow up. A measure of global development was collected using the Mullen at baseline and follow up.

    Collection Method

The dataset contains questionnaire data (e.g. demographics, sleep, behaviour), data from actigraphy, experimental eye-tracking tasks and developmental assessments collected as part of the PASTI project. A data dictionary outlining all variable names has been uploaded to aid interpretation.
