Keywords: | X-ray reflectivity data |
Data collection method: | X-ray reflectivity data collected as described in the associated paper, briefly: X-ray reflectivity measurements were performed on the I07 reflectometer at the Diamond Light Source, Oxfordshire, UK. The X-ray reflection experiments data were collected for ∼1 Å (12.5 keV) but over a range of incident angles, allowing the reflectivity of the material to be obtained as a function of momentum transfer q, where q = (4π/λ)sin θ.
